Posted Friday, March 21 2008 by The JobsBloggers
I am so peeved at myself that I didn't post this video last Friday. Well, better late than never. And just think ... this is only episode #1 ... er ... #3.14. Enjoy. I know I love the Pi Chronicles.

Did you see that?
She was loaded up with false logic ready to terminate his non stop sequence.
That VILE fiend!
Divide by Zero evil doer! Divide by the Square Root of -1!
Buah hah hah hah hah!!! Leave poor PI alone.
i understand that you're well intentioned with the whole genius campaign, but I think it just comes across as really arrogant and makes Microsoft look bad. i dont think the term genius is one that should be thrown around lightly, and to say you have a whole company full of genius's then you better be curing cancer or solving world hunger.
Is square root going to end up with square... ooo, the suspense
And by the way, I agree with bigkissy. The "hey genius" campaign, if anything, is probably a turn off for a lot of fresh college graduates. It might have worked if this were a campaign targeted at 12-year olds.
bigkissy - I work with the college recruiting team, so thanks for the comments about the Hey Genius campaign, glad you checked it out. Our message with the campaign is about recognizing that there are many kinds of genius out there, and that at Microsoft we like and need genius of all kinds.
Many people default to defining genius as some sort of number, but we definitely think genius is expressed in many ways. It might be figuring out an algorithm, or designing a better UI, or thinking up a brilliant marketing campaign. And certainly some geniuses are working on curing cancer and solving world hunger. We've all got our genius skills and passions, we all like to apply those to our work, and we like to encourage candidates to show us what genius they'd bring to the table.
Thanks again for the comment, we appreciate it,
