I'd like to introduce myself: my name's Thomas and I'm the editor for the new-and-improved JobsBlog (a 2-in-1 marriage of JobsBlog and Microspotting).

My background is as both a writer and editor and I've worked in book publishing, magazines and on-line.

I'm collaborating with the Jobsbloggers to bring you lots of new insight into Microsoft and the job application process. Through Microspotting, I also profile interesting Microsoft employees and places in order to give you a better sense of what it's like to work here.
